Hello and welcome to NCBG.  This an MU blog created for a bunch of friends that met online and want a place to chat and blog about our own thoughts.  Basically if you are one “of us” then you can blog about whatever you like  to do with sport, fitness and health as long as you don’t spam, write about anything such as racism, hate, violence or porn.  Other than that blog away and be happy.

You can include videos, pictures and links within the content of your posts.  The blogs are also set up so that you can make a little bit of money from Asense, Kontera or eBay.  You can keep 100% of any money you earn from Asense and Konterabut 80% from eBay.  You are free to add in any other affiliate links that you like within reason.
